RETURNS POLICY
Wild Ireland is committed to offering excellent quality, value and service at all times and if you wish to return an item or have decided not to keep it, please contact us by email with the order number and reason for return to [email protected] within 7 days.
Cancelled Orders
Customers have up to 7 working days after ordering their delivery to cancel their order. Wild Ireland can change or cancel an order at any time prior to dispatch. If the order has already been dispatched when the customer cancels, the customer can return the goods to Wild Ireland (excluding delivery cost) once the return conditions have been met. If you would like to amend your order and the order has not been dispatched, we will take payment of extra items and dispatch all items together. If your order has already been dispatched, we can not add more items to the order and you will be required to place an additional order.
Faulty goods or Incorrect Orders
If you discover that your goods are faulty on arrival, you should contact Wild Ireland within 48 hours of receipt of goods, stating details including images of the fault and send it back to us including origional packaging within 14 days. With the approval of the customer, we will dispatch a replacement baring delivery and aproved returns cost (maximum amount €). If the customer wishes at this point for a refund to be issued and products to be returned, this can also be arranged.
Returns
If you decide that the product you purchased from us is not exactly what you required, or is the wrong size, it is no problem returning to us. We will accept products back for exchange or a full refund as long as it is with its origional packaging, receipt, product itself unused and unworn, and returned within 14 days. This refund includes the total cost of goods sent only, not the delivery charge unless the item has passed inspection and deemed to be faulty. Where an item was dispatched availing of free carrige and returned for reasons not relating to a fault with the product, Wild Ireland will deduct the cost of carriage from the return/credit.
Exchange
If you would like to exchange any items please contact us and will we do our best to get your exchanged items to you. Please be aware that you are responsible for the cost of sending the unwanted item back to us and the shipping costs for sending out the exchange item. Before purchase, if in any doubt regarding size, colour or suitability of a product, you can email or call us with any enquires.
Late Returns
Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. Returns received outside this timeframe may be accepted at the discretion of Wild Ireland
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and decision made regarding approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refund will be process and a credit will be applied to origional credit card within 14 days. Plase note the amount refunded will not include charges incurred by Wild Ireland in delivering the item. If you have not received a refund within 14 days, contact your credit card company and bank in that order. If a refund has still not been received, contact Wild Ireland.
*It is the customers responsibility for the items safekeeping, all items must be returned in their origional dispatch materials where possible, if not, please pack to corresponding standards to ensure no damage in transit. As we cannot guarantee return of item we recommend sending via tracked post and obtaining a proof of postage certificate. Any items damaged during the returns process being the customers responsibility. All items must be returned unused and in a resaleable condition with origional packaging, tags and labelling attached. Used faulty goods must be returned in a clean condition to be accepted for a refund. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or refund refused. All items that do not meet these criteria or are non-returnable, will be denied with wild ireland not responsible for the cost of returning the item to the customer. A receipt evidencing proof of purchase must be provided. Nothing in these conditions affects you statutory rights as a customer.
