We use various postal and shipping methods with DpD Couriers or An Post determined by size and geographic location. Delivery times vary depending on where the goods are being sent to and type of service selected. A contact number and accurate address must be provided to ensure the courier can contact you to organise delivery. Delivery to P.O. boxes not available. Shipping confirmation email will contain a tracking number for your delivery. Please note that shipping times may be affected by busy periods of the year; please allow extra time for your order to arrive during these periods.
Items ordered online will be delivered as soon as possible in accordance with the respective delivery service. All delivery charges are subject to change without prior notice. Wild Ireland is committed to ensuring delivery is made within estimated time scales to a maximum of 30 days. In the event we are unable to fulfill your order in 30 days, any outstanding orders can be cancelled. In the event of goods damaged in transit, discrepancy in items received with items on delivery receipt or failing to match items ordered, such details must be notified by you to us within 3 working days of receipt. If no notification is forthcoming, Wild Ireland will assume the customer is satisfied with the items.
Wild Ireland will not be responsible for loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by appointed carrier with liability in such cases limited to the value of the item shown not received by the customer. Delivery timeframes provided by respective courier companies are an estimate only and may change due to issues outside of our control. Orders will not be shipped until funds have been cleared; please allow 1-2 working days for this. Wild Ireland Ltd can not be held liable for any delays or additional charges caused by customs clearance and duties incurred.
